Aspen Site Rentals

Aspen Site Rentals is seeking an Account Executive - Events / Inside Sales to grow and manage client relationships for our restroom and luxury event rental services. This role focuses on inside, account growth, and coordinating solutions that ensure successful events and projects from start to finish.

What You’ll Do

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
  • Prospect new customers and generate new business
  • Expand services within current accounts through upselling and cross-selling
  • Win new projects and convert competitor accounts
  • Represent Aspen Site Rentals at bridal shows, event expos, and trade shows, including booth setup, client engagement, and follow-up
  • Present rental solutions, pricing, and service options to clients
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure on-time delivery, service, and pickup
  • Lead the sales process from initial contact through contract execution
  • Meet or exceed sales and revenue goals
  • Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after events

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of sales experience (3+ years inside/outside sales preferred)
  • Comfortable engaging with customers in face-to-face event environments
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and projects at once
  • Comfortable with travel
  • Experience in rentals, events, construction services, or logistics a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (Preferably HubSpot)
  • Self-motivated, organized, and solutions-oriented

Work Environment

  • Hybrid inside/outside sales role
  • Regular travel to client sites and event locations
  • Combination of office work, driving, and site visits
