The Business Development Executive will play a key role in customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives through a full life-cycle sales process. They should be comfortable with cold calling on customers both in person and all other communication plat forms, helping generating interest in ASR, qualifying prospects, and closing sales. Business Development Executive will develop leads and seek new business opportunities. This individual must demonstrate excellent customer service and professionalism through forms of communication available.
Role Priorities / Responsibilities:
Conduct prospecting calls and meetings with potential new customers identified through individual research and qualification as well as Salesforce.com generated leads
Grow and expand relationship in all areas including Events, Construction Site, Industrial, Government, and Agricultural.
Represent all product lines of Aspen Site Rentals
Perform job walks, site checks, and take daily calls.
Analyze competitor activities in the region and assess opportunities for business development.
Network with businesses in the territory and build relationships and attend relevant industry events and conferences to build business.
Effectively communicate value proposition to customers.
Follow up on sales leads from other representatives within the company .
Develop sales strategies to target existing and potential accounts.
Account Management: expand relationships and revenue generated from existing customers, including Strategic Accounts, while enhancing the overall customer experience
Develop quotes and orders as well as documenting sales activities and leveraging business intelligence.
Assist in creation of marketing materials, both on social media and print
Essential Experience, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Ability to prospect and qualify leads while recording interactions in CRM
Ability to sell value such to differentiate ASR from the competition.
Ability to prepare and present professional presentations and proposals both online and in person.
Ability to enthusiastically provide exceptional customer service.
Ability to prioritize leads and time in competitive market.
Ability to work with and communicate the entire team of ASR sales and operations.
Qualifications
Valid Driver's License and ability to be listed on company insurance.

4 year college degree preferred, High School diploma or equivalent required
3+ years of outside sales and account management experience
