Smaller weekday events can often be accommodated with 2 weeks notice. If your date is tight, call us, we frequently have inventory.

Use the guest count guide above as a starting point. For a 4-to-6-hour wedding with up to 200 guests, one 4-stall luxury trailer is typical. For events serving alcohol, add 15 to 25 percent capacity. Hot weather, longer events, and heavy food service all increase usage. When you request a quote, we'll size it for your specific event.

We deliver well before your first guest arrives, typically 2 to 4 hours before the event start time, or the day before for large or complex setups. Your delivery window is confirmed in writing when you book. We coordinate with your venue, catering, and other vendors to make sure placement does not conflict with their setup.

Yes. We offer ADA-compliant luxury trailer models with wider doorways, interior maneuvering space, and grab bars. ADA standalone porta-potties are also available. For events open to the public, we recommend including ADA units regardless of expected attendance. Mention ADA requirements when you request a quote and we'll spec it correctly.

Most of our luxury trailers run on standard 110V or 220V power and a garden-hose water connection.
